At GRaiCE, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:
- In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the GRaiCE platform.
- Email: Send a deletion request to support@graiceapp.io from the email address associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information, including account details, user-generated content, and usage data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to enforce our terms. This may include transaction records and other data we are legally obligated to maintain.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days, subject to verification of your identity.
